Precast cladding – in-house expertise ensures moulding and finish quality

Skilled craftsmanship is essential for converting a detailed design drawing into a three-dimensional mould.

In addition, we often incorporate Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP) and synthetic rubber liners for curved units, and those with complicated features such as traditional mouldings.

We create panels in the exact shapes and dimensions that the designer specifies, and can add patterns, reveals, joints and other expressive details to the surface.

Controlled production ensures cost savings

Our precast concrete components are manufactured under controlled conditions in enclosed plants. Controlling the manufacturing, emissions, waste, noise levels, etc is easy compared to doing so on a building site.

Controlled production ensures cost and material savings in consumption of structural materials and natural resources.

When tight deadlines must be met, precast concrete allows for concurrent manufacturing activity – which can speed up the entire construction process and eliminate costly delays.
