Mental Health
As part of our mental health and wellbeing programme, and as Company Supporters of the Lighthouse Club charity, all Techrete employees and their families have access to a confidential, complimentary one-to-one counselling service.
Across both Ireland and the UK, Techrete supports the training of Mental Health First Aid Officers, ensuring there is always a trusted point of contact within the business. These colleagues provide a discreet and safe space for anyone seeking advice, support, or simply someone to talk to.
