Community Involvement & Philanthropy
We understand the importance of supporting our local community and as such, we take part in a variety of activities each year. We sponsor sports teams in Leicester, Brigg, and Dublin and always cognizant of our local youth, we arrange factory visits and presentations for schools, in addition to industry college visits.
Throughout the year and during the festive season, we donate to charities in lieu of corporate gifts and some of the great charities and organisations we support include:
Each year, we take part in national fundraising events and most recently, our Techrete team of 20 cycled 40km / 60km for our chosen charity, Acquired Brain Injury Ireland.
Environmental Conservation
We strive to produce and deliver our product responsibly and in a way that respects people, their safety, and their environment. At the simplest level, this means doing no harm. We apply global standards to manage safety, the environment and how we engage with communities. We are continuously working to improve our performance and have an ambitious 10 year carbon reduction plan in place, which is outlined on our ‘Sustainability’ page.
