Environmental Product Declarations – EPD’s for Precast Concrete
Techrete’s Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) provide independently verified lifecycle environmental data for our five families of precast concrete products, including brick-facing, white and grey cement-based, natural stone-facing and sandwich panels.
Low Carbon Single Skin Precast Concrete
48.5 kgCO₂/m²
This EPD covers Techrete’s low‑carbon single‑skin product, manufactured using our LC190 PT1000 mix. Early engagement is essential to enable us to develop a project‑specific mix capable of achieving a GWP of 48.5 kgCO₂/m², which we believe to be the lowest independently verified GWP currently available on the market. Produced from raw materials: white cement, supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), fine and coarse aggregate, admixtures, and pigments, where required. The reinforcement used in these products is 100% recycled steel.
White Cement-Based Panel

This EPD covers Techrete’s Architectural Precast Concrete Cladding – White Cement based products, produced from raw materials: white cement, supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), fine and coarse aggregate, admixtures and pigments, where required. The reinforcement used in these products is 100% recycled steel.
Grey Cement-Based Panel

This EPD covers Techrete’s Architectural Precast Concrete Cladding – Grey Cement based products, produced from raw materials: grey cement, Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCMs), fine and coarse aggregate, admixtures, and pigments, where required. The reinforcement used in these products is 100% recycled steel.
Sandwich Panel

This EPD covers Techrete’s Architectural Precast Concrete Cladding – Sandwich Panel products, which are constructed of reinforced concrete. The concrete is produced from raw materials: white and grey cement, Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCMs), fine and coarse aggregates, admixtures and pigments, where required. The reinforcement used in these products is 100% recycled steel.
Brick-Facing Panel
