Graduate Programme & Apprenticeships at Techrete
Our Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes are structured development pathways designed to support both graduates and apprentices as they begin their careers within Techrete. From day one, participants are immersed in real projects, supported by experienced professionals, and guided through a clear development pathway into long-term roles within the business.
Graduates gain hands-on experience in technical and commercial functions, working closely with project teams and senior leaders to build the knowledge and skills required for permanent professional positions. Apprentices follow a structured earn-while-you-learn pathway, combining practical on-site experience with formal training through recognised apprenticeship programmes, developing the technical and trade skills needed to become fully qualified in their chosen discipline.
Our goal is to develop high-potential graduates and apprentices into skilled professionals and craftspeople, ready to progress into permanent roles and build long-term careers within Techrete.
